Question by love.: how long does sperm live inside you if you have sex when you're on your period?

i recently had sex and i'm on my period, i started about 2 days before and my periods usually last 5 to 7 days. my boyfriend ejaculated inside me. and i've heard that it can live inside you, but i was wondering if it's possible that i can still be pregnant even though i'm on my period.

not likely to get pregnant while on period, but it can happen. it all depends on your ovulation cycle.
sperm lives in you up to 5 days.
