What age is the right age to talk about sex with my son.?

What age is the right age to talk about sex with my son. His dad isn't around and just was wondering if it is even done anymore? I want to be a good mom.

With today's society and how generations are being exposed to sex at earlier ages, whenever you find your son possibly behaving in sexual behaviors or whenever you feel he will retain the information given then talk to him about it.

Age wise 14 to 16....
