Does mental attraction play a role in sex?

In other terms, is one's personality as much effective as his looks in terms of sexual attraction? Put more bluntly, does a strong personality, or a certain attitude arouse women as much as physical looks do?
Because women always give a priority to "the brains" and not to looks. When asked what they like about their partner, they're afraid to admit they like his looks, his abs, or his eyes. They always respond "his mentality".
But I think that "someone's mentality" is also related to our sexual attraction. It's not just looks that attract us. Don't you agree?

I agree that the mental state affects our sexuality, sensuality... The way one carries themselves is not only physical but mental as well. Of course we like strength and good looks but a good mind and a gentle man is what it is all about.
